DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

You can check whether we ship to your country at checkout. 

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Orders are charged immediately upon checkout.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept ApplePay, GooglePay and Visa / Mastercard payment, and more. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Please note that we unfortunately do not accept any order cancellations as these automatically get forwarded to our distribution system. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer support team. You can do this by sending an email to support@chylmusic.com. Make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that we do not offer return or exchanges on international orders. 

Step 2: Provide Order Details

When contacting our customer support team, please provide the following order details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Step 3: Explain Reason for Return or Exchange

Clearly communicate the reason for your return or exchange. Whether it's due to a sizing issue, product defect, or change of preference, please provide us with the necessary information so we can assist you promptly.

Step 4: Follow Customer Support Guidance

Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process. They will provide you with instructions on how to package the item(s) for return and any additional steps you need to take. They may also provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.

Step 5: Ship the Item(s) (if required)

If instructed by our customer support team, securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If a prepaid return shipping label is provided, affix it to the package. Follow the shipping instructions provided by our team.

Step 6: Await Return Processing

Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return/exchange criteria. This process may take a few business days. We will keep you informed of the progress via email or phone.

Step 7: Receive Refund or Exchange

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you are exchanging the item, we will ship the new item to you once the return is processed.
